A member of the Paris Bar since 2008, Jessica Soussan is specialised in real estate law and commercial litigation. She is a graduate of Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) and has completed part of her studies at Melbourne University. She also holds a DEA in Theory and Practice of Litigation from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris I) and the DESS No. 214 in Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University.
She has worked in leading French and international law firms, such as FIDAL and EVERSHEDS SUTHERLAND, and in 2021 founded a firm dedicated to real estate law.
In 2025, she established the multidisciplinary firm EVERSTONE AVOCATS, offering her clients, with the support of her associates and privileged partners such as the firm CHAUMONT QUERE & ASSOCIES, a wide range of expertise.
Jessica Soussan provides both advisory and litigation services, mainly in commercial leases, property sales, construction, and co-ownership matters. She also supports her clients with complex business law issues, whether or not related to their real estate assets.
