Olivier Bureth has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998. He began his career in the mergers and acquisitions departments of two top-tier law firms before establishing his own practice, MAJORIS.
Building on this solid experience, he specialises in business law, both in advisory work and litigation. He regularly assists with organising relationships between shareholders within complex entities.
Olivier Bureth has held numerous positions of responsibility within associations and professional bodies. He is notably a board member of the Association des avocats mandataires en transactions immobilières (AAMTI), responsible for institutional relations, and honorary president of the National Federation of Young Lawyers' Unions.
Olivier Bureth holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in Public Finance and Taxation from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II).
